Marketing
Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, develop, execute and manage marketing strategy and plans including online & offline materials for future campaigns and projects.
  • Plan, manage and update social media platforms.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights; and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Liaise with clients and provide progress updates in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation such as Creative Brief, Operations Brief and Operations Budget for internal circulation to Creative and Operations department.
  • Work closely with internal Creative team on developing creative contents for all approved projects.
  • Responsible for all content and copywriting for all creative contents.
  • Be in-tune with new platforms – physical or virtual in order to maximise impact and reach.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
  • Must be able to write and converse fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to write and converse in Mandarin language is an advantage!
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Able to multi-task, have positive attitude and able to withstand pressure

Event
Operations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute virtual or on-ground marketing related activities based
    on assigned projects. Projects assigned are usually related to clients’ marketing plans – awareness and trialling opportunities, affinity building as well as CSR related programs.
  • Work with ground activation team to ensure executional objectives are met a per the given brief and specified timeline.
  • Ability to follow up on reports and gather feedback as and when required.
  • Update Unit and Department Head on a regular basis on the progress of the given project.
  • Have a high standard of deliverables from the field teams.
  • Fully responsible for all on-time reports and KPIs set by clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • One (1) year experience in any fieldwork would be an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task, a fast learner and able to work independently.
  • A team player who can also motivate and direct the ground team effectively.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Ability in an additional language such as Mandarin would be an additional advantage.
  • Sound computer knowledge especially with Microsoft office.
  • Possess own car and valid driving license.

Creative Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute and manage the creative team to develop impactful creative content for all assets.
  • Contribute and manage all forms of creative ideations, pre and post productions work, execution of all creative ideas in line with clients’ briefs and directions.
  • Be fully responsible for all clients’ corporate and brand identities and images.
  • Produce visually stimulating proposals that include custom logos, floor plans, videos and other requirements.
  • Stimulate and promote out-of-the-box creative ideas among team members.
  • Liaise with all clients on all matters pertaining to creative needs, executions and end-products.
  • Able to also handle all creative tasks ranging from social media graphics, videos, animations, landing pages, design artwork for all advertising and promotional materials, collateral design and production.
  • Guide and assist creative team in proposing relevant copy and creative storyboard concepts, video editing and encoding audio files, knowledge in videography, photography, enhanced graphic softwares are added advantages.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Creative, pleasant personality, good communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good time management, coordination and organisational skills
  • Candidate must possess at Degree Level in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): graphic design, illustration, video editing and animation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
  • A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
  • Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics, trendy and visually appealing content.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with the ability to effectively and efficiently steer the creative team.
